One must experience it while meditating and being with a beautiful group of people from all over the world. Take a break from your daily life and come to unwind with us. On this Rejuvenating Finland Yoga retreat, you will reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit by recharging your system with Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation every morning and evening.
6 Nights Accommodation at a traditional Finnish log house (separate toilets and bath, sauna)

Things to do at The Retreat CentRE
Rowing on the lake, swimming and sunbathing (depending on the weather of course).
Hiking in the surrounding areas.
Plenty of frisbees are provided. Length frisbee golf course that starts right next to the accommodation.
If some of the participants eat fish, it can be fished from the lake with the pieces of equipment that are also provided. (We assist you in fishing and cooking the catch when needed.)
This retreat is open for all levels of practitioners. Yoga styles will be Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation sessions will be taught by Begum and Suzie. 1-day Ashtanga Yoga Workshop will be guided by KPJAYI Authorized Teacher, Bela Lipat.
The retreat site is by the lake and surrounded by the forests. They are your choice of single, twin sharing, triple, or quadruple rooms in a renovated traditional 2 floor Finnish log house from the 1890’s. The tranquil and idyllic setting is located
60kms from Rovaniemi, at a lakeside in the wilderness of Lapland.
All meals are Japanese and vegetarian. For the breakfast and dinner mainly eggs, rice cooked in gas rice-cooker, the boil vegetables seasoned with sesame and the bouncy gluten, soups etc.

Day 2-6: Regular Schedule, Afternoon Activity, Afternoon Sessions
Day 7: Morning Class, Brunch, Departure by 12noon

GETTING HERE AND AWAY:
By flight via Helsinki to Rovaniemi or Kemi or Oulu.
By flight to Helsinki and from Helsinki to Rovaniemi by train or by bus.

A non-refundable deposit of 300Euro is required to secure your booking. Upon registration, you will be sent more information about how to get to Finland and to Rovaniemi, and what to bring with you, etc.
